Ok so I really like that my closet is now a closet full of clothes that dont fit! my old clothes swallow me! I hate shopping for clothes, and im not sure of my size. Plus im not where I need to be yet so dont want to buy a bunch only to have them out grow me in 2-3 months. Might have to hit up a goodwill and just second hand shop till im at my goal weight.

Yes! The clearance racks are awesome right now, I even buy them if they 2 even 3 sizes smaller @ $3-7 a pop why not? :) I found a short black dress at Target Friday for 5 bucks its a size 24 (I was a 28-30) and it fit so good my husband couldn't compliant me enough every time he passed by... He was a high school boy! Lol :)

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Im going to shop at the salvation army this Wednesday it's 50% off everything. I need 5 pairs of jeans to start me off then maybe sweats & some shirts. This is the only way for me to get anything especially since I'm dropping size quickly & don't know where I'm at except I'm a 13 now & medium shirt.

My plan tomorrow is to go through my closet an donte what will not fit me anymore. I told my husband this morning I need to get some new pants and shirts and a new belt. I have had to add new holes to my belt. Great feeling!!

I'm also a thrift store shopper right now ;) I also love garage sales!! One tip I like to do since I love my jeans is turn them inside out and sew the excess to my size right now it's easy and saves $$

I have found some clothes on sale at Kohls and Coldwater Creek. I have to still get rid of all of my old stuff, I am pulling things out of my closet daily that are just too big! The fun part is seeing people that have not seen me in a while, they don't recognize me!

I've shopping my butt off, but I buy sizes in advance and clearance. I was a 22/24, now I can fit xl-18w depending on how it's made. I'M LOVING IT!!!!

Savers and thrift stores for me as I start to lose and run out of the right size. I fortunately saved a lot of my clothes that were smaller so I can shop in my own closet. Unfortunately for me my weightloss is dragging because these antibiotics are kicking my butt. It makes it hard to get all the Fluid and Protein in. OH well....last night for those so hopefully I can kick up the totals for Water and protein again. Congrats on your smaller closet :)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
