Very Little Restriction

Had surgery may 23 2012 , I have to say I'm a Lil disappointed , I'm able to eat a lot , I keep seeing on here people who can hardly eat and are losing tons of weight, I'm thinking my doctor didn't make a small enough pouch . What should I do?

What if you got those little root beer barrel candies? If they don't make you dump maybe that little taste will satisfy your craving.

Never heard of them, in a moment of weakness I took a sip, swished and spit it put. Turns out I don't actually like it anymore lol

Good! Glad that's over for you

I constantly worry I'm eating too much. I measure and weigh everything, but still feel like its too much. 2 oz at Breakfast and lunch. 3 oz at dinner and 1 or 2 Snacks. Snacks are usually a boiled egg, watermelon chunks, 3 tbsp nuts. I am 6 weeks post op

Only down 44 lbs since surgery.

You look great so I see no issues.

It seems one of the hardest things is to adjust your eyes to the size of your new stomach! I keep trying to remind myself I'm eating "in miniature" now. LOL!
