Hope you feel better! My surgery was Wednesday as well - since then, I've make sure to get up and walk around for 10-15 minutes every couple of hours, now that I'm home even going in circles around
Wednesday was my surgery and I am still in pain. I know it's only Friday but it's hard to get any sleep. It's like I have flu symptoms, headache and body aches. Ugh it's hard to drink water bc I can feel it going down and it's uncomfortable. Also I can eat jello or Popsicles well bc I can feel it. I try though. Bc I don't wanna be dehydrated. Does anyone have suggestions??!! Did u feel this way?? I'm trying to sleep a lot but when I wake up I Still feel crappy. I know it'll take time but I don't like feeling like I cant do anything.. help
