Revision

I was hoping anyone would have some advice on fighting the insurance company I was denied due to the one surgery a life time and they didn't feel I had enough doucumemtatiom or problems for a revision has any one dealt with this an won I could use some advice an encouragement

    I don't have experience with this but I've seen sample appeal letters online. Hopefully you can find some that suit your needs. Also I'm sure your surgeon has experience with this and should be able to write an appeal also.
