I'm 21 and had the gastric bypass 6/11/12 (I was 20) and just after 4 months I've lost 72lbs from my surgery weight of 263 (I'm 5'8")

Yeah I'm starting to get loose skin on my lower stomach... praying it tightens back up though. Idk I still have at least another 50lbs to lose

I'm 25 and had GB on 7/17. I was 247lbs and I am currently 180lbs (maybe a little less) I still have 40-45 lbs to go but overall I feel great.

I do have minor skin sagging in my lower quad area but nothing too major yet.

Hi Lebim,

Did you exercise during the first 4 months? How many calories did/do you eat a day? What are some of the foods you eat?

I am 1 month post-op and just a little worry about the weight coming off so slow. I'm hoping it will pick up again.

Thanks
