  1. Hi Everyone, Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing..... We are coming up on 1 year and 3 months since surgery and wanted to know how everyone is adjusting to their new lifestyle. As for me, I love myself more and more each day. I love working out (not at the gym)... I love going for runs in my community so winter is a real bummer right now. I have reached my goal, and will start working with my NUT of the next step. I will keep going (losing) until my next appointment with her which is in Jan. Have anyone stabilized with their weight lose so far? What are you doing to maintain? Thanks!

  10. Hi Mizzlaw, I am 5'5.... Yea, that's what i keep hearing ..... Time and patience. How many calories are you getting in daily? Do you exercise? I met with my nutritionist last week and she wants me at 1200 calories a day, 90g protein, 120g carbs, and 40g fat. I told her that I promise to try it until my next visit (May 29th) in the hope that the scale will start moving again. She said that my body is in starvation mode, and that i need not to eliminate any food groups. So well see.
