6 Months Post- Op - Question?

I was wondering will I stop losing weight after the 6 month mark? If so, what do I need to do to continue losing weight. I would like to lose another 40 pounds by one year post op with is on October 1st.

Thanks!

Everyone is different... I'm 1 yr post op and seemed to have stopped. I had a stall for 3 months when I was 5 months post op, to get out of the stall I started jogging instead of walking and I increased my workout time from 45 minutes to 60+ and that broke the stall. Most people have stalls and you need to find out what gets you going again whether it is changin around your foods, exercise, or both.
