What Do You Tell People?

So I am wondering what you tell people when they ask you what you are doing to lose weight? There are my close friends that I told about the surgery but it is my other friends and acquaintances that I have run into almost 4 months after surgery that I don't know whether to just come out & announce that I had surgery or not. I don't want to deceive anyone and I try to just play it off, but when they really start digging for information I feel like I have to admit to surgery. And then if I do admit to it I feel like some people are really turned off while others are very supportive. Finally, I feel like I have to explain all the reasons that I had the surgery. So many people comment that they didn't think that i would have ever qualified for surgery in the first place but what they don't understand are the health problems I was experiencing and how much healthier I am now 70 lbs lighter and still losing.

Sorry for the novel....Thoughts?
