Don't like the way it looks or taste I have no clue what I am going to do for a month.

What have you tried?? I don't like how it looks either and I'm learning by trial and error what I can eat. Sometimes I can eat certain foods and they next time I try to eat it....can't even stand the smell. Today is the first time I actually got over 70 grams of protein.

I'm on clear liquids and I'm telling you right now I can't wait for the puréed stage! Scrambled eggs with sour cream, liquid salsa! Or Refried beans with cheese and sour cream. Mashed Patatos with sour cream and shredded cheese. I'm gonna purée some chilli... I'm Goin IN!

I eat pureed chili alot! So good!!!

Do you pureer the chilli in the can or do you make it does it have meat in it.

I am sick of eggs already. I haven't had mash potatoes with cheese and sour cream what else can go in there

Have you tried plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream? It's so good! Even my family can't tell the difference. Also have you tried squash?

I tried the plain yogurt when I first had the surgery but the taste killed me. I have not tried squash yet.

I know I hated Greek yogurt. By itself I can't do it but in things i have found I like it a whole lot more!
