  3. Glad your surgery went well. First dew days is rough but it gets easier and easier each day. They took out my gall bladder at same time so im glad for that. I find that i have to chew my few REALLY good or it feels like it's stuck.

  5. Thanks number 7. I think it was the two premier shakes i was trying to get in causing the loose bm. Ive decided to do one shake (30 pro grms) and one super protein shot (26 pro grms) per day to avoid loose bm but still get in my protein in.
  6. I decided to do the rny because it resolves diabetes and the band and sleeve don't. The weight loss will of course help the diabetes but rny is the only one that changes your body hormonally regarding diabetes. Kaiser also told me that they have a 30% revision rates with the lap band and may stop doing it all together because of problems with it. I also have high blood pressure and severe sleep apnea. I also had gallstones so had gall bladder removed at same time. As far as weight. I was 221 preprogram, 206 at surgery on 10/10. I didn't qualify on weight alone but because of the contributing health factors, my insurance, Kaiser paid for it all.
  7. Ok #7. Trying to deal with loose bowels but other than that ok. Pedialyte is helping.
  8. Taking it slow as well. Had surgery on 10/10, released last night.
