How Long Before You Found Out You Were Approved?

My doc is applying for approval for my surgery this Thursday and I know I'm going to be on pins and needles until I get that call. I have Aetna. Just wondering how long it will take??

    Call your insurance and ask them the time frame of the approval. I thought mine was week or two but was with in 48-72 hrs. I would have never know and would have been waiting if i did not call them.
