Protein! Protein! Protein!

Hi everyone. I tried to enter a list of high protein foods that I built in an Excel spreadsheet. Unfortunately the formatting was lost when I tried to enter it and it was too difficult to make any sense out of it. Working on alternatives!

According to MyFitnesspal, there are 6 grams.

Did a quick Google on it and the first three returns showed 8g for one cup, 15g for one "serving", and 5.9g for one cup. The iPhone version of Tap and Track shows 7.5g for one cup. It's amazing how wide the results can be. I always try to go with the most conservative number when there is any question which would be about 6g.

I'm like you. I saw the variations and went with the most conservative number. There are so many recipes out there it is hard to be sure of ingredients. It is one of the reasons I get nervous eating out in non chain/standardized restaurants. I really cannot be sure what is in the food.

Thanks!!
