  7. Oh I just saw you 61 day post!!! Congrats!!
  8. I remember missing crunchy food!!! All three of my aunts who had the surgery kept telling me to eat one thing "PORK RINES" now I know people are going to disagree... I must of told then no 50xs before finally giving in at around 1 month post op.... And they were HEAVEN! I took little bites.. Did NOT eat the super hard crunchy ones and just chewed them up until they all but dissolved in my mouth.... Before I ate those I would snack on a couple gerber baby puff treats ... But they're high in sugar and everything else except protein where as the pork rines have a bunch of protein... just a suggestion
  9. Depends on how far out u are... It may just be a long irritating stall.... Don't get discouraged
  10. OMG AARVAL! You look great!! So skinny now!!
  11. Wow!!! I have been MiA the last 2 months and i didnt even recognize you!!!!! You look fantastic!!!
  12. Niiiice!!! Woohooo!! Bet your back is screaming THANK YOU!!! I've only gone down in my strap size not cup...still a DD but they are sagging.... no longer supported by my belly, lmao!
  13. Unfortunately, I'm four months out and STILL get the "foamies". Wish I had some advice but I've learned it just -happens- Hope you feel better!
  14. E-Cig!!!! My mother sent me the BLU ecig on August 8,2011... and I haven't had one since then! I was a pack a day menthol smoker and that thing helped A LOT! Good luck on quitting!!! I know it's hard at first but it's worth it!
  15. I am so very sorry. The only advice I can think of is about that drawing..... Don't let it get to you so much, soon you'll be a stick figure too :)
  16. I'm sorry you feel aweful although protein is VERY IMPORTANT .. You are only a couple days out of surgery the only thing you NEED to get in is water and as much protein as you can... My doctor told me to just worry about WATER ... Sip sip sip walk walk walk.... And about the diarrhea ... I was the same way ... Almost messed myself a couple times... I was told its because of several things but completly normal. Hang in there... The beginning can be very rough for some of us (my first month was AWEFUL!!!) but it's completly worth it!!
  17. Awesome!!!!! And yes you do!! Didn't you wanna do the happy dance when you hit 50lbs gone!!!!!! I was in my doctors office and litteraly pumped up my arms and shouted "woohoo" the nurses came in to make sure I was ok and after they saw tears of joy they knew ..... I'm so emotional lmao!!
  18. Wow!!! You all look great!!! Heres me today .... All black .... 8 weeks post op. (first picture taken in doctors office before surgery)
