Hi everyone! So I started my diet today before surgery.

Breakfast- slim fast

Snack- pudding & snapple

Lunch- slim fast

Snack- Jello

Dinner- 2 fish (not fried in a pan with lemon juice & Water & season) 1 can of beets

Total 820 calories

I must have 1000 or less. So far I'm doing great.

Great work. For me I'm on a meal replacement sugar free liquid diet two weeks before surgery. In one week I lost 11.5 pounds! One week to go isn't it exciting that surgery date is so close

Good for you... I am just starting out and have 5 more months before surgery. What kind of food plan did you eat during the 6 months before the surgery?

I am having a problem losing weight. Can anyone help please? Doing the shakes but not losing. Cheated once

Hang in there. I used the protein shakes, the slimfast (generic). Broth, JELLO, water with Crystal light...try to avoid being around the temptation. Walk around.
