I am from southeastern Massachusetts! Had gastric bypass in 2008 and I have gained back about 80 pounds back... Wanted to know if anyone has or knows if they do revision on a bypass?

Ladybugg73.... I am having a bypass revision next week. I had my original surgery in 1983. I am going to Mexico to have it done by Dr. Rodriguez, who has done this particular laparoscopic revision surgery many times and is a leader in revisions.

My insurance would not cover it, so I have to pay out of pocket. The total cost for the surgery, hospital stay (for 2) ,the transportation to and from the hospital and med's on check-out is $8950. I scheduled my surgery through Beliteweight.com with Sylvia. I'll be updating here next week after my procedure.
