Sample menus

I'm two weeks out and trying to figure if I am getting everything I need in. Like most people I'm scared to start actually chewing foods in a couple weeks. My dr gave me a sample of protein/ carb and protein/ vegetables but not actually a meu. Do any of you that have been sleeved awhile have an idea or sample of what your daily eating is. Any help would be appreciated.

I am 2 weeks post op and im eating regular foods again. I sent my dietitian a copy of my menu and she was pleased. She said that she was going to use them as sample menus in class. If u wanna see them, let me know. Ive had to find my way.
