  1. I feel like i might be doing something wrong i really have lost weight and im glad of that but it has been very slow. A little too slow... Surgery on April 8th 2013 surgery weight 260 Weight today 201 Ive only lost 59 lbs and i have been going between 200-201-202 and 203 i cant seem to go under 200!!! Ive been at this stall for weeks!!! :"(
  2. Know that i think about it, i never feel this way when i have food in my system only when i havent had anything to eat all day.
  3. Beach lover! That is EXACTLY what i meant! So thats whats going on?!? Oh lord, i feel this way every single day just hadnt put 2 and 2 together! I just dont have the time to eat thru out the day ???? i will have to keep a better schedule with snacks and shakes!
  4. I sometimes feels this strange feeling in my stomach- its hard to explain. Kind of like a hole in your stomach. Followed by feeling naseous. Has anyone felt this way and if so what is it? What do you think it means?

  6. Thank you for all that info. I have had my surgery and have not been able to find a nutritionist; with that being said I really have no sense of direction. What other options you think would work better than weight watchers?

  8. Yeah, I've had a little trouble at the beginning reaching 1500 calories but now it's normal... :/ on that note I seem to stall when I only eat 600-800 calories and then when I eat 1500 boom! Just like that I see the scale move a few pounds.. I guess everyone IS different..
  9. I am 3 months out today and my doc has me at 1500 calories a day? Does this seem high considering what all of you are at?

  11. My doctor has me on a 1200 calories a day.. I wonder if this has anything to do with my weight loss being soooo slow...

  17. My surgery date is also April 8!!! I am down 37 lbs!!! I haven't really had problems with acne- but then again I really never have had issue ever with acne! Sorry not much help!
  18. Man and I thought my insurance was tough! I was only required to show 3 months of observed diet and exercise!!
  19. I might be the shortest one on here! Lol! I am 4"7 and my highest weight was 255 day of surgery April 8th! I am 220 today! So 35 lbs lighter! However I do feel like i am losing very slowly
  20. I was told 80% of my stomach would be removed and it was now the size and shape of a banana
  21. I had my surgery April 8th and was given a list of pills to buy from bariatric choice, I found the iron, b12 and calcium I liked however the chewable multivitamins to me were nasty. I spoke to my surgeon about it and he said I could have any kind of multivitamins including the gummies; which Is what I am using now. I wonder why every doctor is different with this?!
