I've been in nexium 2x a day for 10 yrs. Don't need it as much as I uses to pre surgery. ..must be the diet. Can't deal with spaghetti sauce!

I ordered the Beneprotein today to increase my protein. I am planning on adding it to some of the foods that I would like to have or try but dont contain any protein or very little.

What is that?

Its a powder that my dietitian recommended. It is 100% protein. No carbs, no sugar....and unflavored so u can add it to anything. Cold or hot. Google it....the prices r good on amazon and u to an get just one can to try.

I am 6 weeks post op. I have been using meatballs as my go to dinner out choice. I mash one up with my fork, take very small bites and chew well. It has worked well for me.

I made homemade turkey meatballs for dinner tonight. Yum Yum! We had whole wheat pasta and sauce w them. Of course, I ate about 1/2 of my meatball and abt 1/2 ounce of pasta. It was so tasty though. My husband was reluctant bc I used ground turkey but ended up being surprisingly pleased! :-)

Are any of u all on myfitnesspal.com?

Well..I just has half of a Wendy's hamburger. Mayo, ketchup, pickle, onion and lettuce. We'll see how it sits....I tore most of the top roll off because it was just too thick. My husband brought dinner home for us. I guess I should be grateful that he was thoughtful enough to bring dinner home. Sure wish he had opted for the grilled chicken sandwich. Hmmm.
