    Yeah, it seems they're all very different. Mine only required a psych eval and to meet their requirements (bmi 35+ w 2 comorbidities or bmi 40+).

    I was approved within 24 hours of submitting. I was not required anything other than psych eval and to meet BMI of 35 with 2 factors or 40 with nothing required. I'm glad you were approved so quick :)
