Weird pain started today... not sure if this is surgry related.

oops... *surgery related

So today I am up and about and I notice a small pain under my left arm, on my chest/breast area. It hurts when I reach forward and bend over a bit. Like WHOA hurt... a sharp shooting/burning pain and if I held it in with my right hand it doesnt hurt. When I sit down, nothing ... its when I reach out with my left hand and bend over just a bit. There is nothing on the surface of the skin, it's under the skin (possibly muscular) and I am not sure if this has anything to do with my surgery. I am 11 days post op.

Just just happened suddenly today. Any idea's?

The only thing I can think of surgery related is perhaps an internal stitch is pulling. I would say when in doubt, call your surgeon. Even off hours they usually have a service of some kind. Be well.

At 11 days Post op, I would call the on call line and ask if it is an issue. Pain can manifest in a different place than the actual problem. Just to be safe, I would call. Hopefully it is nothing.

Endless: sounds like a pulled muscle, but be safe and call

KRM: I'd definitely call right away if it were me
