You know, I'm only 9 months out, but I don't plan on changing what I've been eatig so far. I've reached my goal and have maintained for about 2ish months now. I wouldn't dare eat more..Though I may cut back a wee bit due to a weigh in here at works (which effects what I pay for my health insurance next year!)

Have you spoken with your surgeon or nutritionist to see where they feel you should be?

No its been a while since I've been to the doc but I am terifed of regaining any weight thats why I am just curious about how much should I be eating .

I would say 3 meals a day no more than 6oz and 2 2-3 oz snacks a day and 64oz of liquid. If you feel like your still hungry and another snack. If you exercise you can afford more calories. I hope this helps.
