Well I have always been a chocoholic before the sleeve but after I still find myself searching the cupboards in the middle of the night for that chocolate rush can anyone help me with any suggestions for stopping the cravings thanx -

I know penut butter is still better than chocolate though hopefully it goes away I think its because I was a binge eater and always ate at night -

Thats like me I dont feel hungry at all in yhe day but at 9/10 at night I find myself looking for the old foos I used to eat exspecally chocolate. I am so scared of putting the weight on again .any suggestions peeps? -

Finally I feel im not imagining going bald im 26 had sleeve gastrectomy 1yr ago and loose bunches of hair I had long hair and I had to cut it off thinking that would help but all for nothing every time I touch my hair brush my hair or anything my hair falls out I dont know what to do . I take a multivitamin for my hair skin and nails from swiss everyday and still no improvement anyone know what I should do . -

Aussie abroad live in amman had sleeve gastrectomy 1yr ago and down 65kg and loving it so happy best decision I ever made hows you're progress going -
This has been the most enjoyable experience of my life doing the sleeve gastrectomy was the best decision I ever made .started this journey at 125kgs and im now 55kgs thats 65kg

Well I don't know how tall in inches but 165 cm and I think thays the right weight for my height -
Had sleeve gastrectomy 1yr ago and want another baby but am terifed of regaining the weight does anyone know how much weight if any I would gain apart from the 10kgs baby weight? Will it just fall off post birth as pre pregnancy? Thanx

I crave sweets all the time but I haven't put on any weight thank god but I am so cautious about what I put in my mouth portion wize I am so scared of puting the weight back on I hope ur all doing great keep up the good work and never go back is what my motto is lol -
