Everyone is different. Ive already lost 20 pounds and Im only 9 days out

I lost 30 in the first 2 1/2 weeks, but it slowed down quite a bit since then. I've only lost 7 pounds in the last 3 1/2 weeks though.

I am 10 days out and 15 pounds are gone!!!

Yeah, I lost 21 the first week, then it's been on average 2 pounds a week. Slowed up alot!

I lost 10 lbs during the 2 week pre-op diet. Then, in the first 4 weeks following surgery, I lost an additional 20 lbs. My second month (4 weeks) I lost another 13.2 lbs. So yeah, for me it slowed down too. But that's cool, a loss is a loss! :D
