  6. I just google 5:2 and is a fast diet...500 calories for women and 600 for men. Uhm I need to read about, I have 22 pounds to work and not luck in the past 2 months. Good luck to you too.

  10. Band was never an option for me either, I have a friend who did the band and she only had problems....always sick, she already changed it to sleeve and great results. I have few friends with the bypass but I always thought it was too severe, couple other friends with the sleeve and the results were awesome for them and no issues either. So I dreamt of the sleeve for 3 years until I finally made the call to the dr to see if my insurance would approve of it and 2 1/2 months later, I got the surgery done. I love my sleeve and I love the way I feel now.

  12. I left the hospital day after surgery and I went to the beach for a walk. The following day I went to the outlet mall just to walk around. I think you are going to be just fine.

  19. My surgery was 7/16, left the hospital on 7/17 and I stayed on a hotel near by, my follow up was on 7/19 and I drove back home on July 20. Dr said to please stop often and walk around. I did well.
  20. I am from Tampa Bay Area and I drove to Sebastian, FL. 4 hours ride and everything went well. Good luck to you...
  21. I bought my biotin at SAMs club...it's a quick dissolve tablet, cherry flavor, taste really good, my hair lost started at 6 weeks and stop around 22 weeks out. Good luck to you.
