Whos in September? We need some September buddies!

Im September 16th....I havent been in hospital for 22 years to the date and that was for the birth of my twin boys who were born 09/16/91.

This surgery will also be a life changing experience for me!!

    Good luck to those who are having surgery in September. On preop liquid diet. Doing ok, but messed up yesterday but everyone was supportive. Today is a new day, having a strawberry protein shake. Mixed vanilla Protein powder, strawberry yogurt and the lactaid milk equals 35 protein. Tastes pretty good.

    Day 4.of pre op diet here, how's everyone dealing with it? So far so good.. I'm having a little trouble with the HMR 70 Shakes as I like the Premier ones better.
