fasting If you want to be in the 5:2 group, you must try it first

We have been having a lot of requests to join out group. That's really great. We don't want to exclude anyone. We decided while we were talking about forming a group, we wanted people in the group who were

eating the 5:2 way.

This way is not for everyone. It involves fasting 2 days a week. If you read some of the links on our home page, you can read about the diet , then decide if you want to try it. Let us know you would like to join after you have fasted a couple of times, and you're sure this is the way you want to eat.

We want people in the group who are eating this way, not just trying it for a week or two, and then deciding they don't like eating the 5:2 way.

So please try eating the 5:2 diet before asking to join. There are threads where we talk about it, that are not in the group, in which everyone can post.and ask questions.
