So I'm at work and this girl that weighs 90 pounds with wet clothes on says in a fatigued tone, "omg I was dancing all day at a concert in the park yesterday and I must have lost 10 pounds"....OH SHUT THE _____ UP. I gained 4 pounds since the end of may on a low calorie low carb diet! In addition to aerobics and strength training 3x/ week. UGH, granted I lost 31 pounds on my supervised diet but I can't stand gaining gaining gaining. I cannot wait to get sleeved. Everything in and waiting on approval from HIP. Just need to vent :-/

Oh you will .. Laughing I'm just saying losing weight even after being skinny will be a focus I can't see it cause you haven't been sleeved .. Nothing wrong with it .. Everyone tells me how skinny I am and when I tell them I don't see it they look at me like yeah rt but I still have a mind of a heavy person

I hate the type of skinny that's skinny no matter what...like they can eat hot fudge for a week and still lose a pound! And then act like they're cursed!!

Also the skinny Minnies that say stupid things like they feel fat...wtf...if your jeans size is 00 just sit down and shut up lol they can't even begin to imagine what feel fat really feels like....not that fat is an emotion anyway :-/

I know what you mean. I have a coworker (love her to death) that is a size two and complains that her tummy is getting bigger. I look at her and tell her until your stomach is as big as mine you have NO right to complain. She is super excited for me and really supportive. I can't wait to take a pic next to her. We will be two skinny B's together :-) I already told her she's going to be in my pre op pic and then once every two weeks pics to show the progress.

My ex daughter in law was one of those detestable creatures. Sure she was an amazing housekeeper, devoted wife, fabulous mother BUT she started eating when she woke up and grazed all day. Not healthy grazing either. She went straight to the stove in the am and fried bacon, a few eggs and toast loaded with butter and jelly. She had her hand in a bag of potato chips daily and drank nonstop full sugar pepsi by the case. I had to kill her lol jk. Seriously though, this girl gained like 10 lbs when pregnant and complained about it! She wore a size 1!

OMG! I enjoyed everyone's posts. I think we all know some skinny person or two who like to complain about how thin they are. It's usually very obvious that they are attention-seeking and are, as my mother used to say, "fishing for compliments." Next time you hear someone try to draw out those compliments, just say, "Oh it must be so awful! I feel so bad for you! You just can't gain any curves, can you?"

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
