Gas pains 8 months out!?!?!?

I am about 8 months out and recently have had a couple episodes of EXTREMELY painful gas. It goes to my back and makes it hard to breath. It is easily relieved by 2 chewable gas x, and it has only happened about 4 times. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I'm still waiting for my surgery time. I'm pain free for now!

Yes, gallbladder surgery is worse than the sleeve surgery. Take it easy afterwards! Gallstones suck! Wishing you well!!!

I just feel so sore!!!

Yuppers. It sucks @$$!!! I would do my sleeve 100 times over than having my gallbladder out. If we can live without it, I don't even know why we have the dang thing in the first place! I know it serves a purpose when it is in you, but you can also function fine without it!

Yes!! I hardly had any pain post sleeve! This is so crazy!! I haven't had a bm since Wednesday am so I took 2 colace tonight hoping that does it, but I haven't eaten much either.

I was on liquids the whole time after and couldn't have a bm, so they had to give me an enema before they would let me go home. I walked and walked and that didn't do a dang thing!
