I hated it but everyone else seems to like it. I put it in 16 oz water (I think), whatever the higher recommndation was and I thought it had a bad aftertaste, the more I drank the worse it seemed. I tried one other fruity flavor and felt the same about it.

I tried it too with the same results as vegasneon. Although the taste was the same as a fuzzy navel, it didn't mix well in water. Unfortunately, I purchased several flavors but didn't have the heart to try another flavor after the fuzzy navel experience. At my surgeon's office, they say that one of their clients gets the lemonade ones and makes them into slushes. I purchased a few lemonade ones too, but haven't tried it either.

I tried it, and it just tasted like orange juice with a little grit to it. If you'd rather not taste it, I would get unflavored whey, and put it in jello. Swallow the jello without chewing it too much if the texture of whey gets to you. That is what I plan on doing the first 2 weeks after surgery.

Personally I liked it some of the protein supplements do have a weird after taste though.
