I used to have a huge tank too. But these two tanks are very small.. One is a nano (14 gallons)

The other is a "pico" (2 gallons) they require lots of work because the normal perimeters get thrown off daily because of the smaller size.

So you have to be OCD and very controlling (right up my alley) to deal with them.

Oh and get my cuddles still Amanda!

In the form of my "pico" dog <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Gotta get the cuddles!

He is cute, but a bit scrawny for my taste. And who wants a "cute" cabana boy?!? I want a HOT one lol

I don't care for scrawny at all. I like my man tall' date=' dark and HAWT![/quote']

Yes! Lol the only pic I saw of this guy was that creepy one of him holding the stomach. I like myself some dark chocolate...with muscles. Yum!

I have a really pretty golden retriever an a labradoodle.

I lied.

I have a cat outside and I barely pay any attention to him.

Hahahahaha I'm literally laughing so hard I choked on my water! :) I might pee my pants if I don't stop....

Knowing what I know.... FACTUALLY, this is insane. So many people deciding they know what happened or didn't happen. It hardly matters, since the original poster in all of this has changed her tune, the company is standing by their doctor. For me, that's enough that I can no longer in good conscience recommend them. But everyone will have to weigh the information themselves when picking a surgical team.

Susan

what I have learned so far from VST and the admins is that you SHOULD be deleting the entire threads of slander that you allowed the original poster to start and then retract.

In the process, VST has allowed a reputable Dr to be slandered

Shame on You.

You're about one post away from being permanently banned. If you have any issues with our rules, please take it up privately with Susan or myself.

I've personally been in touch with Dr. Garcia's team.

Dr. Luna is no longer part of the team.

Let's move on now.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
