I made my own, I don't remember how I did it, but basically a baked potato, skim milk, salt and pepper, all in a blender.....I topped it with just a sprinkle of cheese when it was hot. I could only eat an eighth of a cup, but it was oh so good!

I've seen that at Target. I think it was like $6 for 2 servings! Wow! Have you tried it at the actual Panera bread store? I've only had their broccoli cheddar (and I think Quiznos is better- luv their soups!) never the potato. But now that I've gotten a recommendation for it, I'll give it a try.

Just got back from Target with two huge tubs of Panera baked potato Soup. At 9 days out, it's possibly the best thing I've ever eaten!!!! I measured out 1/4 cup and sprinkled a little low fat cheddar on top. It was mind blowing!

I checked Panera and they don't sell it now...its seasonal!

I can't believe you lost 29 lbs in 13 days!! Unless this included your pre op diet. I'm so mad at myself for not weighing on my scale right before my surgery. So I don't know exactly what I've lost. I think 10 lbs, I'm 9 days out.

Potato Soup sounds wonderful but I have a hard time getting Protein in to reach 60 gr that I couldn't afford potato soup which must be loaded with carbs which we all are trying to avoid.

I have a hard time getting all the Protein in too and I'm not allowed starchy carbs until I reach my maintenance weight.

I have had it and it is yummy! I would not be allowed to have it though because of the high carbs and sodium and lack of Protein. :( I will miss Panera soups!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
