I'm doing good doc says I'm ahead of myself hope to keep that going trying hard to get my protein and water in but still struggling with both I don't have much of a appetite

Hi all its been real figuring this out as I go head hunger gets me at times but mostly have to remember I'm not the same person I was 13 days ago when it comes to eating and drinking I'm really ok got ice cream last night with hubby eyes to big for my little stomach are five bites and I was done a lucky dog that was there ended up having a special treat because I order as the old me not the new one has this happened to any one else I felt like I just threw my money bout the window
