I am from Grand Rapids and got my surgery date for May 6th

Getting sleeved by Dr. Michael H. Wood in Detroit 4/27/15.

I got sleeved 3/30 by Dr.Wood at Harper

Im in oakland county

Near Toledo Ohio.

I'm in Belleville mi
