  3. I had the revision in April 6. And I've lost 44lbs in 4 months. Nothing is happening so fast
  4. When you lose weight before the surgery you shrink the fat around your liver. I have met ppl in the surgeons office who went from lab band to sleeve and woke up to find the sleeve was not done because it was not safe to get around the liver. try and lose the weight and get the surgery done safely
  5. I also lost slowly and have stayed that way. I'm 4 months out and have lost 44lbs. I eat very little and go to the gym 5 days a week. It's very frustrating but I'm starting to accept the fact that it will come off eventually and the surgery was not magic

  9. When was your surgery? Mine was April 6 and I've lost 40lbs with lots of hard work. I thought it was going to be much quicker.... Congrats on your loss
  10. I'm also a very slow loser. Hardly eat. Gym 5 days a week and I was ever on April 6. Today July 19 and I have only lose 40lbs. It's discouraging sometimes but I see the inches dropping off my waist even when the scale is not moving. Try and stay positive and motivated
  11. I use the carb control
  12. I also had the lab band and now have a sleeve. The Lap band initially worked then stopped or I was less committed. Now I have a sleeve for 6 weeks and have only lost 20 lbs. I should've lost much more. The surgeon does not understand why
  13. My surgery was in April 6. Since then I have lost 20lbs. Nothing in the last 2 weeks Except for a 2 lb gain. I'm depressed!
  14. What is normal? I have lost 23lbs since April 6. It's quite disappointing to me. I feel like a did this for nothing

  16. Yea. Mine got worse too and then by my one month check up it was nearly gone. I was worried too. It hurt to sleep on my stomach but it went away
  17. I was sleeved on April 6 and to date have only lost 22 lbs. I rarely eat. I should be losing more weight. The only thing I can think of is the lexapro? Any insight
  18. What are you guys eating and how often?
  19. How much have you lost since surgery and how long has it been? Trying to figure out an average!!!
  20. I was also sleeved on April 6 and was wondering how much have you lost since surgery. I have only lost 16lbd since I left the hospital. I'm so worried. I eat hardly nothing less than 500 calories. Why am I not losing faster ????
  21. In April 6 I had my lap band removed and had a sleeve. In still have pain in the left side of my belly button in between 2 incisions. It feels like I have a bruise under my skin and hurts when I sit up from lying down or stand up from driving too much. Anyone know what this is???
