I have finished week 1 and am going into week 2.. Is it still liquids or can I take something new?

What did your doctor or NUT say? Did they give you a plan? Every doctor is different.

I was allowed cream soups, low carb yogurt, sugar free pudding and Protein shakes.

What kind of cream soups? Regular cream soups or do they have fat free ones? I don't eat soup so not sure what's out there. I guess I'll be eating soups if it's one of just a handful of things I can have eventually...

My Dr suggested Campbell's Healthy Request. Cream of mushroom, chicken or tomato. Just make sure you strain the chunks out. It tasted awesome to me after Clear Liquids :)

I also shop at Kroger and they have a carb master yogurt Kroger brand that has tons of flavors. sugar free pudding is actually really good too. I love the chocolate fudge flavor.

I bought a little strainer at Walgreens and it became my best friend during my soup stages.

I actually use my mini blender to blend the thicker soups and and add some milk or water to get it to a fine consistency...works great!!!
