I'm almost 4 months out and today I seen my pcp foe the first time since February. She told me my BMI is down to 26 from 36, I've lost 49 lbs and my blood pressure was excellent. I am now 195 lbs. haven't seen this since 2000!!! I cried and when I looked up she was crying too!!! She knows my weight loss struggle and has been walking with me in it. My goal is 150 even and I hope that I can reach it by November (my birthday). Today is a Major milestone for me. I sure hate that I waited this long to do this!!

That is incredible, so happy for you! I've been stuck in another stall for about 3 weeks now, i'm ready for it to end and to watch the scale drop some more!
