6 Weeks of easy eating, and now everything makes me nauseous!

I'm confused... the first five weeks were pretty standard! No issues at all... I was introducing new foods slowly, some more succesful than others. AND NOW, EVERYTHING makes me SICK!! what the heck? I don't think its a stricture because its not coming back up... it just makes me feel terrible for about an hour! Any advice?

Try backing up and going back to the foods that didn't make you sick before. Your sleeve may not be ready to advance

I agree with Lexi. If you hit an issue, go back a step for 3-4 days then reintroduce foods slowly to see if you can identify which one caused the problem. When I first started eating more solid Protein, I had to go back to full liquids a few times.

Thats the course I'm on..thanks ladies... right now even my protein shakes are making me sick.. even water. I am wondering if it has something to do with the cold meds I have been taking also. I have had Bronchitis, a Sinus infection and an ear infection...and now I can't stomach a thing.. I'M A MESS!

I would check with docs office to make sure those meds are ok. We can no longer take certain things.
