Omg mokee I think if I was just on full liquid I dont know what I would do.

Are you already post op ?

I know what you mean about you don't know what to do & trying to distract yourself, food comes to mind....it's because our lives revolve around food! I know I'll have the same issue. It's not till after we get sleeved & start losing weight that we'll realize there is more to life than planning everything around food! At least I hope it will be the case for me. I wake up thinking what I'm going to make for dinner for my family & I. I have breakfast first thing in the morning & then a few hours later I'm having lunch & then a snack at 3-330p & then I'm nibbling on stuff as I'm cooking. I need to start thinking like a skinny person. They do think "differently" than we do, you know! LOL! Good luck to you sweetie...I'll be on that same road as you pretty soon!

Lol yes what do skinny people think . Thank you good luck to you with everything :)

Yes I totally agree... I'm on day two of full liquid diet and any free time in my brain I'm thinking of food.. I didn't realize how much food is on my mind. I just drink a whole lot of water or a grab a SF jello or SF ice pop.. Unless its shake time.. Lol
