I don't know how many you should be eating, but my doctor has set 800 calories for women and 1200 for men as his standard.

I'm 3 months out and eat about 800 cal. Somedays a bit more and other days a bit less. Trying to worry less about how often I eat and let my sleeve guide me. Definitely have had lots of head hunger over the past few months. My NUT says count calories and protein, the rest will fall into place. I use My Fitness Pal to track my food.

I'm 4 months out and for the last 2 I keep them around 800-1000 per day. My dietician is like Erps in that she wants me to concentrate on calories and protein. I also use my fitness pal.
