Hello!

Please help me!

I was told by my NUT to drink 2 shakes and a healthy meal (high protein low carbs) or 3 shakes to help me lose the 10 pounds I needed to lose.

The problem is she recommended Ensure which has 40gr of carbs / 22 g sugar. I followed her advise and gained 2.8 lbs in about a week!

Can you please tell me what shakes have you tried (and liked) that can help me achieve the ultimate goal of losing the remaining 8 pounds I need to lose before my next appointment in 12 days! (My surgeon will not schedule my surgery until I lose the weight!)
