How much are you able to eat at one time?

I am 3 months post-op and was wondering what everyone else is able to eat at one time. I can eat about a 1/2 cup of food at one time. What can you eat? :)

That sounds about right.. I am 6 mo's post op and eating more like a cup now.. Depends on what I am eating of course.. Dense proteins are still around 2 - 3ozs max but other things are more like 6-8 ozs.

I'm 4 mos post op and I can eat about 3/4 cup of food depending on what it is.

I'm almost 7 weeks out and my sleeve has made it quite clear that 1.5 oz. is my maximum:)

1/2 cup pasta dense food. Meat and poultry 3 oz max

6 weeks. I can eat 2 oz dense Protein. Sometimes less, sometimes I can throw in a half slice of cheese.

June 11th will be three years for me. Different food is different, but I can eat about 2/3's cup. I was told early on that he didn't EVER want me to eat more than a cup at a time. I still have good restriction, I tend to normally 'under eat' my sleeve, it's easy, I still have no REAL hunger. I hope and pray that I'll always eat this amount. I was HOPING I'd never be able to eat much more than a half cup. Oh well.
