  1. I ran out of Prevacid and to save money I bought a generic form of Zantac. Since I did this my stomach feels like its eating itself. I am nauseous and don't want to eat. Everything makes me bloat and hurt and gurgle. Anyone else think it might be the change in antacids? Sent from my iPhone using VST

So, I'm sitting here feeling very blah (have a cold too), bloated like crazy and not feeling like doing much. Is this typical TOM stuff? The scale hasn't moved in three days either. I assume this is all normal during this happy week too? little teeny bit of cramping and I'm three days in... Just how it is? Sent from my iPhone using VST

  10. The last few days I have had one and on occasion a grand total of two of those little pretzel twists per day. I know that in the big picture it's quite a small thing, but I feel guilty anyway lol Am I doing a detriment to myself with this? I think an entire serving is like 10. Am I ok? 17. Ok! But do you feel this way about eating in general? The whole if it doesn't have enough Protein why eat it thing? Sent from my iPhone using VST
  18. So I am 9 weeks post op tomorrow and I was wondering about this whole eating thing... Lol When I do eat, it's a tiny amount, obviously, and I make sure it is worthwhile. In other words, it has to be a serious amount of Protein for me to eat it. Now, I've been eyeing these big and ripe strawberries that look so good. But, I can't seem to convince myself they are worth eating, kwim? Anyone else feel this way? Sent from my iPhone using VST
