I know I'm A bad sleever because I don't drink my shakes or much water and I'm barely eating...I do always take my gummy multivitamin and that about it though and I know a have a few other vitamins I should be taking that I don't...my legs are numb and I'm wondering if that's because of my poor eating habits and not taking my other vitamins...anybody else

  20. I weigh myself every morning...I also would love to stop doing that and try weekly but it's so hard :-( but the good thing is at the point where I'm at I'm am steady losing weight so it's always been a great start to my morning...but I know there will come a time where it's not always going to be that way so once a week I know would help keep my sanity when the stalls begin...
