Hang in there Mocha! I was sleeved same day as you and experienced the same problem. It was so bad that I barely took in anything the next day, plus I was throwing up what I tried to take in! In fact, they didn't want to release me until I could keep stuff down without the nausea meds. I managed to convince them that just getting home would help (who the hell can rest and recover in a hospital??). Surprisingly they agreed, and it has made a world of difference. The nausea is completely gone, pain is minimal, and the gas is much, much better! Keep on walking...it really does help.
Increasing my intake slowly, and not beating myself up for falling a little short at the end of the day...as long as it improves a bit more the next day. Mostly focusing on fluid intake to avoid dehydration...but once your sleeve "wakes up" and the gas subsides, you'll know when your tiny little tummy wants nourishment. We'll get there!
