Calcium Question

I can't seem to tolerate the calcium citrate that we are suppose to be taking but I just bought some viactiv calcium and I do well with them but of course there aren't the calcium citrate and I know the doc advise we take citrate because our absorbs the citrate better. Nowt question is anyone else tahr viactiv and doing just fine using that as a calcium supplement?

My NUT recommended I take Viactiv chews because I am vitamin D deficient, as well.

I take generic viactive. No problem whatsoever. Yes the citrate is better but carbonate is more than sufficient for most.
