TOM questions

I realize these might sound silly but I've never had any kind of period related symptoms before but maybe once or twice jn my entire life. So, I'm sitting here feeling very blah (have a cold too), bloated like crazy and not feeling like doing much. Is this typical TOM stuff? The scale hasn't moved in three days either. I assume this is all normal during this happy week too? :) little teeny bit of cramping and I'm three days in...
