Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Snack Bites. String cheese. These are always in my insulated tote.

Cucumbers, celery, fat free dressing, nuts, fruit, Ostrim, tuna, chicken, carrots, cheese, pita chips, eggs, orange juice (50% calorie reduced), soup, lean pork, avocados, cherry tomatoes, skim milk, whole grain bread, lentils, oatmeal, pickles, pretzels, herbs, hmm....thinking...

I always have a bag of talipia and a bag of chicken breast. My other go to is tons of seasonings so I can change up the flavors. And always frozen veggies

I try to always have ricotta cheese, string cheese, greek yogurt, sliced turkey on hand.

Lots of chicken, fish, turkey burgers from costco (if you have access). Egg whites, tuna, canned chicken. PB, fresh fruit, green veggies. Lots of good things out there. Greek yogurt is a staple. Still drink protein shakes as they are fast and can get the proteins going.

string cheese

babybel cheese

Fage 0% greek yogurt

white albacore tuna

canned chicken breast
