Anybody started their protein shakes yet? And if s any suggestions

I ordered a bunch of different shakes online from Unjury and Nectar from low carb grocery, and did a few taste tests to see which ones are better with water or milk. I'm supposed to be on a high protein/low carb diet for 2 weeks, then one week full fluids and 1 week clear liquids. I'm struggling to get started on week one.... yikes.
