I just downloaded a few that you can speak into and it will convert English to Spanish or Spanish into English. Didn't know if anybody has tried it and if worked out.

you probably do not need one. I did not. There was always a floor doctor on the floor who spoke english pretty well. The nurses know the key words. And if I needed a towel or something I just showed them what I was needing. It was no big deal for me

I have some on my phone. However I haven't needed it.
