Count me in for walking Friday night and most likely Sunday AM.

6pm Friday, ok, if not let me know, I can possibly get there by 5:30pm this Friday, just let me know

I just got home from my administrative assistant dinner with the bosses. We went to Carraba's up in chadds Ford. I was good, some baked scallops and shrimp and a few fried calamari. I passed on dessert and had Decaf coffee. It was so good and I ate it over a 45 minute period so it was not an issue with any pbing or feeling too full.

Talk wit you all later.

Look forward to another fun walking evening.

I would love to walk Friday night. 896/40 at the park?

I work at the University and I plan on starting the gym this weekend. But walking with a great group of people would help alot as well. Now, I have to ask, are you gals marathon walkers? I am NOT. :rolleyes2:

Cool Kim/Lynn! See you both at 6.

Kim - I am not a marathon walker! They kicked my butt the first time I walked. I huffed and puffed. We keep up a pretty good pace, but we are walking!

We usually meet by the trash bins near where the walking path begins.

Kim - we missed you? we waited until around 6:15 and when you did not show we headed out. Lisa showed up too. planning on 8:45am on Sunday, same place..

Lisa - I got home, showered and was out the door and after I got home from dinner I thought it might be too late to give you a call.

So I'll try SAturday morning to get hold of you, or you can give me a call.

Who else is planning on the support group meeting at APEX building on Tuesday night and the other meeting Wednesday night with Dr. Wynn?

You should consider walking at Longwood Gardens this weekend. I took the kids today, and the tulips are amazing! I think their tulips are my favorite display of the year. I doubt they'll last too much longer.

As for me - I had to cancel a fill today. :w00t: I didn't realize I needed a referral until they called this morning. I really need a fill, too. I don't think I've lost anything this month. I'm afraid I was lulled into a false sense of security due to my sucess thus far, and I let myself get pulled into the late-night salty munchies trap. That, and I know I'm just plain eating too much. *sigh* I've got to get myself back on track.

On the plus side, I made it to the gym today AND went to Longwood Gardens. The latter isn't exactly a power walk, but we covered quite a bit of ground.

I wish I could make it walking with the group. That sounds like fun.

I'll be there definately on Wednesday night not sure about Tuesday night. If you all are going then I probably will. However, that takes away from exercise time.

I know the groups take away from exercise time, and I do enbjoy the walks, I wish the meetings were at 7:30pm, we could walk and then go to them :w00t: but that is wishful thinking

I am free every night this week, but do plan on attending both meetings, at least for now.

I may try to get a walk in during the day on Tuesday. I am working half day and have a lull in detween my 2 doctor appts. anyone want to go to the dentist for me :tongue2:

See those who are walking Sunday 8:45am

Longwood gardens is a great place to visit, I have not been there in years

I am so sorry for missing you Friday night. I have 2 teenagers and my son had wrecked his girlfriends car. He is fine, THE CAR NOT SO GOOD. I will try to make walking this week if you have days in mind. Not sure I will make it in the morning.

Again, truly sorry. Thanks for waiting anyway.

See ya all tomorrow at 8:45 am. I can walk Monday and Friday. I will try to go to the meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday is a health fair and they will have displays and such. I want to go both nights. Hopefully, my son's father will be OK with that.

Yuck....fell off the wagon today. I am dusting myself off and getting back on. I definitely need a fill. There is a possibility I may call to try to get an early fill.....

Went to a wedding tonight. Did not have any food. Went after the food was served. Felling really good about that. However, had a glass of red wine. Did not bother me at all. Thought I would get sick. Maybe drunk. But I was ok. I am sure there was a lot of calories in that glass though.

Felt good to have a few pounds off my body and to wear a skirt. I like this loosing weight thing!!! Even got out and danced a bit on the dance floor.

three sixty six - glad to hear from you. finals have to be so time consuming. I always hated them and for law school. Not sure I would be handling that, but you hang in there, almost done with the semester.

At least you'll have a bit of relaxation time after finals before surgery....

As soon as you are up and around post op, join us for our walks. We are getting to do it on a failry regular basis. Of course the wether can always throw a wrench into that....

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
